92pkre Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 92pkre website, mobile experience, game lobby, sportsbook, cashier, and all associated services.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the 92pkre platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in your 92pkre account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spin winnings, or other non-cash credits added to your account by 92pkre.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and age verification process conducted using your CNIC or other accepted documents.

To open and maintain a 92pkre account you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You have not previously had a 92pkre account closed for Terms violations.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion on the 92pkre platform.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted in your jurisdiction and you accept sole legal responsibility for determining whether your participation is lawful under applicable local laws before depositing real money.

By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided – including name, date of birth, mobile number, and CNIC number – is accurate, complete, and belongs to you. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkre login credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and never share it with any other person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify 92pkre support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

92pkre will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All financial transactions on 92pkre are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Accounts must complete KYC verification before a withdrawal can be approved. 92pkre reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
• 92pkre reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee if returned upon account closure at 92pkre's discretion.

92pkre offers bonuses and promotions from time to time subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has specific terms published at the point of offer. Those specific terms take precedence over these general bonus rules.
• Bonus funds must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 92pkre reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If there is evidence that a bonus has been claimed abusively – including through coordination between multiple accounts – 92pkre may void the bonus, cancel derived winnings, and close the accounts involved.

All games on the 92pkre platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as documented in the game interface. Additional platform-level rules apply:

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all bets placed during that round may be voided at 92pkre's sole discretion.
• 92pkre is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by your internet connection, device, or power supply.
• All RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of proven technical error on the platform side.
• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has commenced.
• For sports betting, 92pkre reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match irregularities, incorrect odds, or data feed errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkre platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's CNIC or payment details.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of deposits after funds have been used for gambling.

All content on the 92pkre platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game assets, website design, text, images, and software – is the property of 92pkre or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the 92pkre platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 92pkre's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkre shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling activity on the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits 92pkre's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

92pkre is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players, particularly those based in Pakistan. The platform provides the following tools free of charge within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Reminders: Receive alerts at set intervals reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 92pkre platform. Exclusions are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, you are encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and seek professional support. 92pkre enforces strict 18+ age verification and will close any account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting any balance held therein.

92pkre reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Underage gambling or registration under a false date of birth.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for non-punitive reasons (e.g., player's own request), any eligible remaining balance after deducting applicable fees will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

92pkre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 92pkre platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from your use of the 92pkre platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws. In the event of a dispute, players should first contact 92pkre's support team via live chat to seek informal resolution. 92pkre aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution process outlined in the platform's Complaints Policy, available from the support team on request.
